Development is soliciting RFP propsal for Special Property
Inspector(SPI)to provide single family 1-4 units,Property Inspection
Services under HUH's Philadelphia, Pennsylvania State Office. The
property inspection services State Areas are Michigan and Ohio. The
geographic city areas are located in Detroit,Grand Rapids,Flint
MI.,Cincinnati,Cleveland and Columbus Ohio. The SPI shall inspect and
report to HUD the physical condition of properties under management by
Management & Marketing (M&M) contractors. The SPI shall provide the
following specialzed equipment: Computer Hardware,Software Applications
of Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel.,Electronic mail(and the capacity
to transmit information),Electronic files, Telephone facsimile
machine,Photograhic digital camera and Floppy disketts. This will be a
fixed-price indefinite quantity contract with a minimum/maximum of
inspections. The proposed contract period is for a base year with
three-one year options to extend the term of the contract. The contract
is being solicited using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures and its
value shall not exceed $5.0 million. The Standard Industrial
Classification (SCI) Code for this procurement is 7389. All responsible
