The objective of this project is to provide limited quarterly employee personal air monitoring and residual asbestos building contamination sampling for the Valley Forge National Historical Park asbestos waste site, CERCLIS No. PA91491733080 to document possible releases and potential employee exposure to asbestos. The contractor shall provide all services, labor, equipment, supplies, and materials necessary to perform the following: project management, earned value, literature review, preliminary site inspection, draft/final project plan, employee personal air monitoring and residual asbestos building contamination sampling protocol, review conference, quarterly employee personal air monitoring and residual asbestos building contamination sampling, field documentation, quarterly status reports/meetings, annual draft/final monitoring/sampling report, contact closeout report/meeting. Employee personal air monitoring and building contamination sampling shall be performed quarterly for a period of 12 months. Estimated cost of project is between $25,000 and $100,000.
