REQUEST FOR INFORMATION, AVIATION INTO-PLANE REIMBURSEMENT(AIR)CARD SOW The Defense Energy Support Center(DESC)is requesting comments from industry on the statement of work which will be used in soliciting the follow-on contract for a commercial purchase/credit card based program for aviation fuel/related products and ancillary services. The Aviation Into-plane Reimbursement (AIR) Card is the vehicle which allows Military Services, Federal Civilian Agencies and State and Local-Drug Enforcement Agencies the ability to receive these services.
