R- MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR THE COMMISSION ON 21ST CENTURY PRODUCTION AGRICULTURE The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency, on behalf of the Commission on 21st Century Production Agriculture intends to award a sole source purchase order to Dr. Mechel S. Paggi to provide services to the Commission as the Director. Dr. Paggi was the selectee of the Commission for this position as a result of a competitive search conducted by the Commission.
