It is anticipated that fifteen prisoners will attend these courses. The offeror shall provide instruction for a certificate in Modern Cooking technology, food preparation and introduction to food service to include saftey and sanitation. Services to include, but not limited to Curriculum-development, instructions, record keeping, and guidance. All contractor's and/or its employees will be required attend security familiarization training as well as pass all background checks prior to contract performance.
