This amendment is an update to the previously issued synopsis. Resulting award will be a firm fixed price (FFP) indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) Job Order Contract (JOC) for repair and minor construction and real property maintenance services in support of Anniston Army Depot, Anniston, AL. The resulting contract will provide for a base year and four (4) one year option periods. The guaranteed minimum for the base year and each option period is $250,000. The maximum contract value for the base year and each option period is $10 million. This is a best value procurement; offerors will submit technical and price proposals in accordance with the evaluation criteria stated in the solicitation. A preproposal conference will be held approximately 15 days after issuance of the solicitation. Interested sources must submit any questions concerning the solicitation IN WRITING to the Contracting Officer prior to the preproposal conference. There are NO drawings included with the solicitation; drawings and/or specifications will be provided with each individual task order. The solicitation is unrestricted.
