provide all material, labor, supplies, equipment, transportation,
superintendence, temporary construction of every nature, and services
and facilities necessary to construct a USPS-Owned South Station of
approximately 27,500 s.f. on a USPS-Owned site of approximately 199,200
s.f. in the city of Tempe, Arizona. The work includes but is not
limited to, demolition, earthwork, site utilities and site
improvements, paving, landscaping and irrigation. Work also includes
concrete foundations and structural floor slabs, steel structure, steel
joists and decking, roof membrane over roof insulation, performed metal
roofing, sheet metal, concrete unit masonry, precast concrete beams and
coping, glass reinforced stucco soffits, metal fabrications, metal stud
partitions, insulation, gypsum board walls and ceilings, ceramic tile,
acoustical ceilings, asphalt plank flooring, resilient flooring,
carpeting, ceramic tile flooring, ceramic wall tile, custom cabinets
and fixtures, carpentry, glass storefront system, metal doors, wood
doors, metal frames, door hardware, overhead coiling door, folding
grille, impact traffic doors, painting, toilet partitions and
accessories, signage, lockers, loading dock equipment, fire protection
and detection systems, security systems, electrical, and heating,
ventilating, and air conditioning complete and ready for use. Estimated
construction cost range is between $3,000,000 and $3,400,000. The
performance period is 300 calendar days after the notice to proceed is
