Contractor shall provide all management, superintendence, labor, materials, equipment, parts, machinery, etc. to perform the following work: Base Bid -- Drain transformer oil and remove (2) existing utility 500KVA vault transformers currently inside the building. Provide connection to new pad mounted transformer at the building exterior. New pad provided by Contractor and pad-mounted transformer furnished and installed by Pierre City Power. Remove existing main switchgear currently served by the vault transformers. The switchgear includes two separate switchboards: the main motor switchboard and the main lighting and power switchboard. Provide new main switchboard MS served by the new pad mounted transformer. Transfer all loads (panelboards,motor control centers, mechanical loads, etc.) to be served from the new main switchboard MS. Minimize downtime of transfer outages to less than 4 hours, after hours or weekends only. Replace obsolete panelboards in the building. Bid Alternate -- Trace and identify the circuits on all electrical panels indicated on drawings E0.3-E0.6, and update the panel schedules. Submit updated panel schedules for approval and revise Contractor red line drawings accordingly.
