Furnish all equipment, tools, materials, personnel, supervision, transportation and other items and services necessary to perform the painting of Capehart Military Family Housing (MFH), Indefinite Deliver Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), at Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma. This work consist of preparation (removal of paint flaking off, cleaning, sanding, repair) and painting (2 coats) of the wood fascia and soffit, metal louver, wooden doors and window frames, wooden post, rails, and trellis, front door, back door to garage, metal garage roll up door, shed door, siding in front of house entryway, siding on shed for Phase 1 of Capehart MFH. This acquisition is unrestricted and award will be made pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The magnitude of this project is between $1 Million and $5 Million, with a guaranteed minimum of $100,000.00 for the life of the contract. The performance period for the basic contract will be 365 days from the date of contract award with two (2) additional option periods of 365 calendar days each.
