Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment,
transportation, supervision and disposal necessary to perform masonry
work at Hamilton Hall at the USCG Academy, New London, CT (New London
County). The work consists of removal of existing and installation of
new face brick; removal of existing and installation of new brick
veneer; removal of existing and installation of four new sections of
limestone water table and one limestone keystone; tuckpointing; masonry
cleaning; removal and replacement of up to 25 individual masonry units
(bricks) in areas being tuckpointed; removal of existing and
installation of new caulking; preparation and painting of ornate wood
cornice and steel lintels; removal of existing and installation of new
brick sills; and, the removal of existing, installation of new, and
painting of interior plaster wall surfaces. NOTE: BUILDING WILL BE
FULLY OCCUPIED DURING CONSTRUCTION PERIOD. Estimated cost of this
project is between $250,000 and $500,000.SIC code is 1741. Performance
time is 90 days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Solicitation

Cost of the IFB is estimated to be $18; all major credit cards

Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, and is unrestricted.
