This market survey is to locate additional sources or alternate sources for the acquisition of and the overhaul and repair of Stormscope-Processor, NSN 5841-01-459-9517, manufactured BFGoodrich Avionics Systems Part Number 78-8060-6092-3. Technical data and Depot Maintenance Work Requirements (DMWRs) are not available for acquisition or overhaul and repair, from the Army. Only those offerors who can supply the Stormscope-Processor and meet the total overhaul and repair capability, should respond in writing, to Commander, CECOM, ATTN: AMSEL-LC-CCS-N-AA, Fort Monmouth, NJ 07703-5007. Offerors proof of their ability to meet government requirements shall, as a minimum include the following: a.) equipment availability and validated bench and flight test data to show the offeror's capability to meet UH-60 Helicopter operational requirements; b.) must meet three (3) year performance warranty; c.) must have depot level technical documentation and test equipment; d.) response must include test result documentation and copy of purchase order if the supplier was a vendor to the listed source or a statement from listed source demonstrating that the supplier can, in fact, supply the Army with a unit that will be physically and functionally interchangeable with the unit from the previous supplier.
