This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation shall not be issued. This announcement shall be considered an Invitation for Bids (IFB). This IFB incorporates all provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-11. This IFB has 0% set-aside for small business with a standard industrial classification code (SIC) 5192 and a small business size standard 100 employees. This IFB is FOB Destination with delivery and acceptance at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS).
