The Blue Ridge Consulting Group, Inc. has both the historical and the contextual knowledge to properly evaluate the rapid advances being made in the technologies of interest. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Contractors capable of offering their service must respond within 15 days of the date of this notice by submitting specific technical capability to provide this service. All responses received within 15 days after publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
