Notice of release of the Questions and Answers to the Request for Proposal (RFP), Access Certificates for Electronic Signature (ACES) Solicitation Number TIBA980003A, and information on the Certificate Arbitrator Module (CAM), Phase I. The information included in the document entitled Phase I, Certificate Arbitrator (CAM)(DRAFT), is being provided in the early stages of the development process to: 1. Offer operational information to all interested parties as early as possible. 2. Allow interested parties an opportunity to provide feedback on critical CAM operation issues.
