Smith, 301/394-3371 Contractor shall provide all labor, travel, and replacement parts necessary to perform service/maintenance on one each Leica EBPG-5 Electron Beam Lithography System, Model #EBPG-51TR 20/50/100kv, Serial #D620. The service shall be performed on the equipment that is located at Rutgers University, Piscataway, New Jersey and will last for nine months after award date. It is the Government's intent to award this contract on a Sole Source basis to Leica Microsystems, Inc., 111 Deer Lake Road, Deerfield, IL 60015. Leica Microsystems, Inc. has the sole proprietary ownership of this equipment and is the only authorized vendor allowed to perform service/maintenance on their equipment.
