The contract shall be for operation and maintenance of all equipment and facilities 24 hours per day, seven days per week, 365 days per year (including the additional day for leap year). The period of performance is anticipated to be for a one month phase-in period, one base year plus four one year options and a six (6) month option extension upon expiration of the last option. A pre-proposal conference and site visit will be held.
