Parker, Contract Specialist, 410-786-5779 The Health Care Financing Administration intends to issue a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside Competitive, Solicitation No. RFP-HCFA-99-0014/dmp, approximately 30 days after publication of this notice. The Health Care Financing Administration intends to purchase logistical support services for the scheduling of Medicare-funded surveys of psychiatric hospitals and other providers nationwide. The contractor will provide support services as required to accomplish the objective of surveying psychiatric hospitals and other providers within the timeframes provided by HCFA. Support services shall include, but not be limited to, scheduling surveyors, making travel arrangements, securing hotel accommodations, distributing survey information and preparing reports as required in the Statement of Work. The Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) is 8742. The period of performance of the contract will be 12 months after the date of award with a potential of four one-year option years. The RFP will be available for distribution on or about May 5, 1999.
