This project will be advertised as a Commercial Item written quotation and will be solicited under the Simplified Acquisition Procurement (SAP) rules. Quotes are due May 24, 1999. The estimated start work date is June 10, 1999. The performance period is 1 year. The Government has the option to renew the contract for 2 additional one year periods.
