The Export-Import Bank of the United States has a requirement for a contractor to provide services to develop and conduct a training course in "Analyzing Corporate Financial Statements" for approximately 75 loan specialists. This will be an intermediate to advanced course. The course will consist of six instructional blocks. There will be 25 students in each session with each session being a minimun of 14 hours and a maximum of 24 hours. Three sessions will be conducted. Specific dates for the sessions will be set at a later date; however, all sessions must be completed by September 30, 1999. This acquisition is unrestricted (open to all qualified offerors) and will be issued utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Commercial Items/Services. Offerors may request a copy of the Request for Quote by faxing their request to Tobin Gatto at fax (202)565-3528. Telephone request will not be honored. The Request for Quote will be available Monday, April 19, 1999. All responses will be due no later than April 28, 1999; 12:00 p.m. Anticipated award date is no later than May 15, 1999.
