This is a request for Four (4) vehicles to be leased for base year plus three (3) 12-month option periods. All vehicles shall be covered by 24-hour nationwide road service. Lease shall permit Government to modify vehicles by adding lights/mobile phones/radios/fax machines/antennas. The contractor shall comply with relevant federal, state, and local statutes, laws, ordinances, and regulations. The Federal Government is self-insured and the leased vehicles require no additional insurance. The leased vehicles are for the exclusive use of the U.S. Government and therefore, exempt from state or local taxes. The quoter shall provide the most favorable commercial warranty the quoter provides to any customer leasing a new vehicle.
