Z -- INTALLATION OF ARTIFICIAL PUTTING GREENS SOL 24992491SA800 DUE 051499 POC John Callahan 508-968-6453 or CWO G.J.Fortin 508-968-6521 In support of a Non-Appropriated Funds Activity the Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, tools, materials, transportation, equipment, and other services as necessary to complete work in accordance with this specification and attached site plan. Work consists of, but is not limited to the following: 1. Installation (including cutting & shaping) of five (5) All-Pro artificial putting greens of various designs in accordance with manufacturer's specifications totaling 1080 square feet each. Greens are constructed of polypropylene, UV-treated, 1/2" deep cut pile, of high-density material. Product shall be self draining. A minimum of two (2) pin locations on each green. 2. Installation (including cutting & shaping) of four (4) All-Pro artificial putting greens of various designs in totaling 720 square feet each constructed of polypropylene, UV-treated, 1/2" deep cut pile, of high-density material. Product shall be self-draining. A minimum of two (2) pin locations on each green. 3. Removalof all existing grass from areas of greens. 4. Provide approved application to all putting areas to prevent regermination of grass and installation of weed cloth before installing base. 5. Loam and seed around all greens after installation as well as any areas disturbed. 6. Use appropriate materials such as sand, gravel, stone dust for the setup of greens. 7. Site Cleanup. The specified work will be done at USCG Air Station Cape Cod, MA 02542-5024. A payment bond will be required for any awards over $25K prior to commencement. SIC code for this project is 1794. Contract commencement will be established at the Pre-Construction meeting.
