This procurement is for 19,440 units of Cartridge, Impulse BBU- 35/B (NSN 1377-01-456-1933) or the PM and emergency use by the US Army 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (SOAR). The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested firms may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. Responding firms must demonstrate the ability of their products to be fully compatible with the XM212 and XM211 AIRCMM Flares. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. All responsible sources may submit a response under this synopsis.
