The General Services Admnistation is seeking quotes from vendors who can provide Audio-Visual Services for the U.S. Office of Government Ethics,OGE. The vendor will be required to provide services in meeting OGE's ojbectives in promoting training principles of ethical conduct that underpin the Standards of Ethical Conduct Regulatons of Executive Branch employees. The work requires the vendor to integrate animated cartoon characters to video footage featuring Government employees. The Government will select the vendor deemed as meeting all of the essential technical requirements including required cartoon character animated licenses as specified in the RFQ Statement of Work, and whose price offered is considered fair and reasonable. Negotiations will be conducted and the Govenment will make a single award determination based on the vendors overall technical and price proposal.
