supervision, material, equipment, tools and transportation and do all
things necessary to revegetate 450 feet of streambank, at Ship Creek,
Cottonwood Park, Fort Richardson, Alaska. The contractor will utilize
streambank revegetation techniques as described in Streambank
Revegetation and Protection Technical Report No. 98-3. The contractor
will utilize brush layers, coir logs, and root wads according to the
techniques described in the Streambank Revegetation and Protection
Technical Report No. 98-3. A harvest site for transplant vegetation; a
fill site for unclassified fill; and a tree harvest site will be made
available to the contractor. All sites are located on Fort Richardson.
A site visit will be scheduled. This is a 100 Percent Small Business
