The contractor will utilize brush layers, coir logs, and root wads according to the techniques described in the Streambank Revegetation and Protection Technical Report No. 98-3. A harvest site for transplant vegetation; a fill site for unclassified fill; and a tree harvest site will be made available to the contractor. All sites are located on Fort Richardson.
