Government will provide: TOs; one load bank tester; replacement parts; consumables to include oils, grease and fuels; disposal of hazardous materials and waste; delivery of equipment to contractor-furnished maintenance facility in the local area and pick-up upon completion of refurbishing; and corrosion control treatment material.
