This is a sources sought synopsis by the 38 LS/LGCO, Contracting Flight, for nonpersonal services for operation, maintenance, and recurring support services of the Base Telephone System (BTS) and Land Mobile Radio(LMR) Systems at Altus AFB OK. The DCO Switching System is an AT&T Definity G2.2 Host Telephone switch, equipped with approximately 3,342 analog lines & 148 digital lines. The switch is configured with 68 analog DID trunks, 68 analog TIE trunks, & 12 auxiliary trunks. The software release version of the switch is R2V6. Also included are numerous (approximately 41) Merlin Keysystems which are equipped, on average, at 65% of full capacity. Also included are a main distribution frame, inside and outside cable plant, ancillary equipment, and customer premise equipment. Also included is the Land Mobile Radio(LMR) Systems consisting of portable radios, antennas, base stations, and other associated LMR components and equipment. Foreign participation is permitted only at the subcontractor level. This is not a solicitation but a request for information. All responsible sources interested in providing services for this requirement are requested to provide a written summary of information concerning their technical certifications, capabilities, experience (current services or contracts -- to include points of contact and telephone numbers) and corporate background. Sources responding to this synopsis must indicate, in writing, whether they are large or small, disadvantaged or a woman-owned business. For this acquisition, a concern will be considered small under SIC 7378 with a size standard of $18,000,000.00. Responses should be limited to 25 pages or less.
