RFP 670-27-99 is issued to provide primary care services at a location in the County of Oswego in the State of New York. The Veterans Affairs Healthcare Network Upstate New York (VAHNUNY) desires to enter into a contract for Community Based Primary/Preventative Care services for veterans. The resulting contract will be for a period of one year with two options to commence on or about July 1, 1999. A preproposal meeting will be held on Monday, May 3, 1999. The Contractor will be responsible to furnish medical facilities, clinical providers, equipment, supplies, routine radiology and administrative functions to fulfill the level of care specified in the RFP.
