Description: OO-ALC intends to issue a Request For Proposals (RFP) for range support services (RSS) on the Nevada Test & Training Range (NTTR). It is anticipated that contract performance will begin at contract award for a period of one year. Option periods, including Award Term Options, may extend the total contract length up to 15 years total. It is planned to conduct this acquisition using full and open competitive source selection procedures in accordance with AFFARS 5315.1 (using a two-phased approach). This notice constitutes a presolicitation notice, in accordance with FAR 5.204, and is issued to announce an Advisory Multi-Step Process, in accordance with FAR 15.202.
