The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) intends to negotiate on a SOLE SOURCE basis with Fund for Philadelphia, Inc., 1515 Arch Street, 12th Floor, Philadelphia, Pa., 19102. This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The purpose of this procurement is to prepare a working model of a conference based on the National Men's Health and Fitness Conference and Exposition, Challenge of the Millenium: Getting and Keeping Men Healthy for a Healthier Future. The Contractor shall submit transcripts, a monograph, and a working model of the Conference.
