The VA Healthcare Network Upstate New York at Syracuse is seeking proposals to provide shuttle service between the Medical Center at 800 Irving Ave, Syracuse NY and the Binghamton Outpatient Clinic at 425 Robinson St, Binghamton NY. The trip is approximately 73 miles one way. Trips are round trip, Mon- Fri. excluding Federal Holidays. One trip would be in the morning and one in the afternoon with a return to the Medical Center in the PM. The transport vehicle must be air-conditioned and have capacity to transport up to (5) five ambulatory passengers in addition to small quantities of misc. delivery containers. Driver must have capability and shall be required to pick up and deliver minimum weight and size containers of correspondence, lab specimens, and patient records. Driver shall transport these items from designated pickup and delivery locations within specified buildings. This is a small business set aside.
