Work for this project will fix approximately one (1) Road failure on Road 46; two (2) bridges, one located at Memaloose Bridge on Road 45, and one (1) located at Indian Henry Campground on Road 4620120. The work will consist of excavation of road subgrade and the entire fill, then rebuilding with pitrun; removal and hauling of old CMPs and grates (manhole covers) off Forest Service land; installation of new CMPs; processing aggregate, doing the asphalt work, pluss an overlay over fix and total width of roadway with tapers; installing perf-pipes, geotextiles, geogrids, constructing outlet ditch. Bridge work will consist of machine-placed riprap, grouted riprap, channel work, minor asphalt and guardrail work. The desired Start Work Date is July 1, 1999, with all work completed by October 1, 1999. Project is located on the Clackamas River Ranger District, Mt. Hood National Forest, Clackamas County, Oregon.
