Work constists of two (2) buildings -- Control Tower, approximately 100' tall with an enormous amount of communication conduit and cabling, and the construction of a glass walled tower cab at the top of the structure; and a Base Operations building which houses the weather radar's and air traffic controllers with their radar equipment, which must have interruptible power supplied to each building. Includes all turfing and landscaping for the Base Operations Facility and the New Aircraft Control Tower. Option 1) Demolition of existing Aircraft Control Tower; Option 2) Provide entrance canopy at the Base Operations Building; Option 3)Provide a new Marquee Sign for the Base Operations Building; Option 4) Demolition of Building 307; Option 5) Demolition of Building 301 and expansion of parking area; and Option 6) Overlay and restripe existing parking area.
