Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation to remove and dispose of 19 underground tanks at different locations on Ellsworth AFB, and any oil contaminated soil associated with the tanks. To include laboratory analysis of soil to verify that the site is uncontaminated when the work is done or that the clean up efforts are completed to the satisfaction of the SD DENR according to their spill clean-up regulations. The magnitude of this contract will be between $100,000 and $250,000. There is an approximated performance time of 90 days on this project. Solicitation is expected to be issued by 10MAY99. Both Large and Small businesses will be allowed to bid on this project, as it is being procured by means of full and open competition.
