Well Abandonment (Building 5) A abandoned well in the boiler plant building will be removed according to EPA guidelines. The well pump and casing will be removed through a roof access hatch. 2. Animal Research Facility Upgrade (Building 1, 4th floor, B-Section) The animal research facility upgrades include a new epoxy resinous flooring, a new gypsum board ceiling with an epoxy paint, and water resistant light fixtures.
