Furnish all necessary labor, material, equipment, and supervision to remove 52 damaged windows and replace with 52 new insulated glass windows with wood frames and all associated hardware on the 1st and 2nd floors of building #5, at the Potomac Annex Complex, 2430 E St., NW, Washington DC. The contractor shall be required to remove the debris from the job site and depose of it in the appropriate manner. Performance is scheduled to begin on or about May 17, 1999. The agency will require proof of insurance. The current Davis Bacon Wage Determination will be inclusive with the RFP.
