Deliveries with a First Article Inspection (FAI) requirement shall be at a rate of 33 each per month beginning 337 days after contract award and 31 each every thirty days thereafter until shipped complete. Deliveries without a First Article Inspection (FAI) requirement shall be at a rate of 33 each per month beginning 270 days after contract award and 31 each every thirty days thereafter until shipped complete. This part requires engineering source approval be the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part.
