Coast Guard is requesting information on floating wave attenuators/floating breakwaters. The system should be able to be moored in water depths ranging from 10' to 40' with a 10' tidal range and withstand a maximum design wave of 8.0 feet with a 4 second period. System must be modular in the long axis and allow for field modification and adjustment in overall length during its lifetime. The system must have been in satisfactory use for a minimum of 3 years.
