The purpose of this amendment (Amendement 02) is to answer the following question submitted in response to the subject solicitation M67854-99-R-3032. Q.1 Are the items called out in CLINs 0002 through 0004 to be included in or required in addition to the Rebreathers requested in CLIN 0001? A.1 The Government requires Qty 84 complete Rebreather assemblies which shall include all items listed in CLINs 0001 through 0004. If a vendor's product provided at CLIN 0001 contains all items as a complete unit, then CLINs 0002 through 0004 do not have to be provided separately. However, the vendor shall specify the components of its product so that it is clear to the Government that all parts are included. If a vendor's product does not contain all items as a complete unit, then the vendor must list CLINs 0002 through 0004 separately so that all items are provided.
