A heavy duty truck diesel portable dyno with closed loop hydraulic or water absorption turbine and cooling unit. The dynamometer can utilize either hydraulic fluid or water absorption tubine/load cell combination to meet the following specifications: Maximum horse power: 1,000 HP, Maximum torque: 2,000 FT-LBS, Maximum speed: 4,000 RPM, Net Weigth: 300 LBS or less.
