Northrop Grumman, NSN: 5961-01-296-5078. The Government intends to purchase these devices from Northrop Grumman. The Government knows of no other qualified source and believes that this item is proprietary to Northrop Grumman Corporation. The spare parts will be delivered to the National Weather Service, Kansas City, on an FOB Destination basis. As these parts are in support of current repair programs alternative or like items would not be acceptable without extensive testing. The intended procurement is for supplies for which the Government intends to acquire from one manufacturer under the authority of 41USC253 (c) (1). The Government knows of only one source authorized to provide the device referenced. Any other small business sources, able to provide the exact make and model of the equipment reference herein is encouraged to respond to this announcement within 15 days after its publication.
