Period of performance for the maintenance of the software is 1 May 99 through 30 Apr 00. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304 (c)(1), Only One Responsible Source and no Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Companies who can provide the above listed software maintenance must indicate their interest within 3 days of this announcement.
