An eveluation of all Navy RAB's must be conducted to determine their effectiveness. Prospective contractor shall evaluate the Navy RAB Program's progress. More specifically the contractor shall develop a RAB survey to be disseminated to Navy personnel and RAB community members at a leter date. The survey shall contain pertinent questions that will provide answers of how well the RAB's working and if the Navy is accomplishing its original goals. The survey will consist of pertinent questions determining the progress, successes, improvement and failures of the Navy RAB Program.
