This is a pre-solicitation notice for the Tennessee Army National Guard. The USPFO for Tennessee has a requirement to furnish, install, maintain and provide maintenance for Frame Relay service throughout the State of Tennessee in support of the Reserve Component Automation System (RCAS). There are 100 locations that require Frame Relay circuits and broadband service to establish Frame Relay clouds. The locations and the circuit specifications will be identified in the solicitation. The Committed Information Rate (CIR) requirements are: 32k for 64k circuits; 64k for 128k circuits; 128k for 256k circuits; and 192k for 384k circuits. The services under this solicitation will be for a term of one (1) base year with four (4) option years, not to exceed a total contract period of five (5) years.
