This service will be used to support the 89th Airlift Wing Flight Operations, Andrews AFB, Maryland. Services will include providing accurate, up-to-date mission planning support data for optimum route and altitude flight profiles to be used as a guide to conserve fuel. This acquisition will be accomplished using commercial procedures in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12. SIC Code is 3812. The period of performance is for a basic 12- month period with three (3) option years for a possible total of four (4) years. The Government reserves the right to exercise the option. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package.
