Air Combat Command (ACC) Contracting Squadron released the Primary Training Range (PTR) Solicitation Number F44650-99-R0002 on Friday 16 April 1999. The solicitation can be found on the EPS web site at http://www.eps.gov. In accordance with subject Solicitation Part IV, Section L, Clause L-312, the following details are provided regarding the PTR Site Visits and Pre-proposal Conference: SITE VISITS: Sites visits will be held at Harrison Electronic Scoring Site at 0800, 27 Apr 99; Melrose Electronic Combat/Bombing and Gunnery Range at 0900, 28 Apr 99; and Holloman AFB Bombing and Gunnery Ranges on 0800, 29 _ 30 Apr 99. Offerors are responsible to make their own arrangements to arrive at the site at the designated time and date. Due to the firm schedule of events, late arrivals cannot be accommodated. All site visits will start promptly on the dates and locations specified above. See directions and other details posted separately on the EPS website. PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE: A pre-proposal conference will be conducted for the purpose of reviewing the solicitation and answering questions regarding this solicitation. The Pre-Proposal Conference will be held at the Days Inn-Oyster Point, 11829 Fishing Point Drive, Newport News, VA on 6 May 99 from 0900-1530.
