Federal Research Facility to Carderock, MD. The contractor will be responsible for disconnecting and packing the Positive Ion Accelerator (PIA) at White Oak. Upon arrival at Carderock, the contractor will unpack and reinstall the (PIA) to operational status. The Government intends to negotiate with only one contractor.
