This procurement will provide enforcement support services (ESS) for EPA Region VII. The contractor shall provide financial investigative, and litigation support services related to enforcement activities in accordance with all environmental statutes as appropriate (e.g., Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980 (CERCLA) as amended by the Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act of 1986 (SARA). Region VII encompasses the four state area: Iowa, Kansas, Missouri and Nebraska. This will be a Cost Plus Fixed Fee Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract with an estimated value of $3 -- $4,000,000.00.
