Responsibilities include maintenance of improved grass, improved desert landscaping, semi-improved grass, tree trimming and pruning, policing, weeding, fertilizing and watering improved grounds. Period of performance will be a 12 month basic period and four one year options. Anticipated start date is 1 Oct 99. This requirement is a 100% set-aside for small businesses. Small Businesses are defined as those companies where the average gross revenue for the preceding three years has not exceeded $5million.
