The period of performance is estimated to begin on June 1, 1999 with four (4) one year option periods. This solicitation is 100% Set-Aside for Economically Disadvantaged Companies certified by the Small Business Administration under SIC Code 7349 located within a one hundred -- mile radius of Ronald Reagan Airport. Companies that qualify should submit documentation of their SBA certification and a letter of interest to Federal Aviation Administration, Fitzgerald Federal Building, JFK International Airport, Jamaica, New York 11430, ATTN: Nadene C. Letters received after that date will not be considered unless it is in the best interest of the Government.
