This is a firm fixed-price contract under SIC code 1629 (heavy construction). This acquisition is not set-aside. The magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. Performance period will be sixty (60) calendar days from receipt of notice to proceed. Work under this project includes the installation of three (3) 24 inch aluminum culverts with flap gates and canal gates; installation of two (2) 48 inch aluminum culverts with flap gates and ten foot stop log risers; installation of two (2) rock plugs with earth wings; and construction of other associated features. All work will be accomplished in and around the Grand Lake Community located on LA Hwy. 384 on the Northeast side Calcasieu Lake (approximately 10 miles south of the City of Lake Charles, Louisiana).
